We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-level IT Governance & Compliance Consultant to join our team in Thessaloniki. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals to gain hands-on experience in real-world projects while developing their technical and professional skills within a structured environment.
Your Responsibilities
- Translate regulatory and internal control requirements into clear, practical and auditable processes
- Contribute to DORA-related workstreams, including control documentation, evidence preparation and audit readiness activities
- Conduct IT and governance risk assessments and support the definition of mitigation measures
- Develop and maintain policies, standards, control descriptions and governance documentation
- Collaborate with stakeholders across IT, business, and compliance functions
- Support clients during audits, regulatory assessments and compliance reviews
- Help create structure, transparency and accountability in evolving governance environments
Your Profile
- Degree in Information Security, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field (or close to completion)
- Strong interest in governance, risk management and regulatory compliance
- Structured, analytical and solution-oriented working style
- Ability to translate complex requirements into practical solutions
- Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
- Very good command of English
No prior professional experience is required – we are looking for motivated graduates eager to start their career in governance and compliance.

- Basic knowledge of German
- First exposure to risk management, audits or compliance frameworks
