Your Role in Our Team
We are looking for a Junior Java Developer who is eager to build their expertise in Java development while contributing to real-world projects in insurance, banking, and automotive industries. You will work alongside experienced engineers, learning best practices and getting hands-on experience with modern Java frameworks and tools.
Your Key Responsibilities
- The development and maintenance of software solutions.
- The collaboration with other software engineers, architects and professionals to design reusable and extensible solutions.
- To work beyond project boundaries, in order to offer solutions compliant with technical standards, design principles and methods.

What you should have:
- A degree in Computer Science or an equivalent qualification
- 2+ years of experience in Java, Springboot
- Strong Knowledge of Jenkins, Git, Maven, IntelliJ IDEA
- Knowledge of Database systems
- Team and communication skills
- Ability to take own initiative
- Strong problem-solving orientation and analytical skills
- Very good knowledge of English (both written and spoken)
- Creativity and enthusiasm for what you want to do in the future
Nice to Have
➕ German language skills
➕ Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Helm
➕ Knowledge of AWS
➕ Experience in the insurance environment or the financial services industry
