Full Stack Developer (m/f/d) – Entry Level

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Entry Level Full Stack Developer to join our team in Thessaloniki. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals to gain hands-on experience in both backend and frontend development while working on real-world projects in a structured and supportive environment.


Your Responsibilities

  • Develop, test and maintain full stack applications using Java and modern frontend technologies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile development environment
  • Support the design and implementation of scalable and maintainable software solutions
  • Contribute to both backend and frontend components of applications
  • Write clean, efficient and well-documented code following best practices
  • Participate in code reviews and continuous improvement processes
  • Assist in troubleshooting, debugging and optimizing application performance

Your Profile

  • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or close to completion)
  • Solid knowledge of Java and Spring Boot
  • Basic knowledge of frontend frameworks (e.g., Angular, React)
  • Experience with common tools such as Git and Maven
  • Familiarity with development environments such as IntelliJ IDEA or Eclipse, as well as database systems, is desirable
  • Strong teamwork skills and a structured, solution-oriented working style
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken

No prior professional experience is required. We welcome applications from motivated graduates who are eager to start their career in full stack software development.


Nice to Have

  • Basic knowledge of German
  • Initial experience with cloud technologies (AWS or Azure), Kubernetes, Docker or Jenkins
  • Basic knowledge of modern testing frameworks (e.g., Cypress, Jest) is beneficial
  • Interest in, or first exposure to the insurance or financial services industry
